This is a crucial element of the program and is designed to increase user's awareness of your false alarm reduction effort. Our program identifies the top violators responsible for the largest number of false alarms and sends them training material such as brochures, reports and a custom made voice-enabled multi-media CD available in both Spanish and English. The training material empowers your residents or business community employee to learn about your false alarm reduction program and look for proven solutions for them to reduce false alarms.
